Pilot privacy information — not approved for public launch
This temporary RecruitMe Malta site is a controlled test environment. Its full privacy policy requires owner and legal review before real students are onboarded. Do not upload identity documents, immigration documents, CV files or sensitive personal information.
What the pilot stores
Account requests store name, email, requested role and acknowledgement timestamps. Student profiles may store education, skills, languages, availability and a short biography. Recommendations, applications and interview messages are stored as private records. Discovery is off by default; applying involves a separate profile-sharing choice. Passwords are handled by WordPress, not collected in portal forms.
Who can see it
The administrator reviews account requests. Approved employers and institutions can discover opted-in profiles. An employer can view applicants to its own vacancy when the applicant gives consent. Recommendations require relationship review and student acceptance. Anonymous visitors cannot access private portal sections. Free-text fields must not contain contact details or sensitive information.
Privacy requests and launch requirements
Contact the pilot owner at derekdamato@hotmail.com to request access, export or erasure of portal information. Before launch, the owner must confirm the legal controller identity, lawful bases, retention periods, processors and transfers, cookie/service disclosures, response procedures and applicable complaint rights. This page does not certify GDPR compliance.
